Featuring: London, Amsterdam and Paris
Day 1 Depart USA
Overnight flight to London.
Day 2 to Day 4 London (3nights) After checking
into your hotel, the rest of your day is at leisure. To help you
get your bearings we include an exciting half day sightseeing
tour, featuring Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament
and Buckingham Palace. The rest of your stay is free to do as
you please. Perhaps explore the museums, stroll through Hyde Park,
shop on Regent Street, visit Madame Tussaud's or take a Thames
cruise to the Tower of London. There is alot to offer in this
fabulous city to fill your evenings, ranging from theatre and
concerts to dinner in one of the many cosmopolitan restaurants.
Day 5 to Day 6 Amsterdam (2nights) Today
we enjoy a short ferry crossing from the White Cliffs of Dover
to Calais in France. From here we drive through Belgium en route
to friendly Amsterdam. Our sightseeing tour the first morning
includes a canal cruise. Next we're off on a countryside excursion
to the village of Volendam, where we visit a clog-maker, a cheese
farm and stop for a photo at a typical windmill. Later, back in
Amsterdam, we will visit a diamond-polishing factory. Then time
at leisure perhaps to discover Amsterdam's famous after-dark scene.
Day 7 to Day 9 Paris (3nights) We drive
to Brussels, the Belgian capital, to see the spectacular Grand'
Place. Tonight, in Paris perhaps relax in a café on the Champs
Elysées. During the next two days discover great museums, shop
in boutiques and walk the broad boulevards. Our sightseeing tour
on our second day highlights the major sights plus a guided tour
of Notre Dame Cathedral and the ascent to the second level of
the Eiffel Tower. Also included is a visit to the Fragonard Perfumery
and Museum. Your evenings in Paris offer many choices – from quaint
bistros in Montmartre to the nightlife of Pigalle!
Day 10 Paris – USA It's 'au revoir Paris'
as you transfer to Charles de Gaulle Airport for your return flight
to America.
